THE DARK KNIGHT RISES ULTIMATE TRILOGY TRAILER (Video) – As the date of the much-anticipated conclusion to director Christopher Nolan‘s Batman saga gets closer, a new trailer for The Dark Knight Rises has been released using footage from all three movies. It shows Christian Bale training with Liam Neeson in Batman Begins, the first installment, and dealing with the sadistic Joker (Heath Ledger) in the very successful sequel, The Dark Knight. This last movie will mark the end of an extraordinary retelling of Batman’s journey.
PLOT: Following the death of District Attorney Harvey Dent, Batman assumes responsibility for Dent’s crimes to protect Dent’s reputation and is subsequently hunted by the Gotham City Police Department. Eight years after the events ofThe Dark Knight, Batman returns to Gotham, where he encounters the mysterious Selina Kyle and the villainous Bane, and must confront the latter’s plans to destroy the city.
