THE AVENGERS On Set Interviews With Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans and Mark Ruffalo

THE AVENGERS INTERVIEWS (Video) – Stars of Marvel’s The Avengers Robert Downey Jr.(Tony Stark/Iron Man), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Chris Evans (Steve Rogers/Captain America) and Mark Ruffalo (Bruce Banner/The Hulk) took time away from shooting to discuss their characters, The Avengers and Director Joss Whedon.

“I think what hes doing hes (Joss Whedon) drawing on everything he needs to draw on to make it his own.” – Robert Downey Jr.

“I think because initially they come into this group and think we don’t fit together,  you know ‘I run the world’ or ‘I run this realm’ and ‘you take care of them’ yet because their so odd and unique and powerful in their own ways, they don’t fit together there’s some comfort in that kind of, I think they feel slightly normal amongst this group.” – Chris Hemsworth

“I love the character, he’s everything I wish I could be as a man, you know he’s just good for the sake of good and that’s a fun character to try and play.” – Chris Evans

“I think that they (Bruce Banner and Tony Stark) have a really interesting relationship, because Tony Stark is who Bruce Banner wish’s he could be in some regard, he’s this renegade scientist who used revolutionary ideas and took huge risks and because of that in some way experimented on himself, and because of that ends up being this incurably powerful well liked well loved superhero and Bruce Banner on the other hand did exactly the same thing and he hunted and on the run and miserable.” – Mark Ruffalo
