THE DARK KNIGHT RISES To The Top of The Box Office For The Third Week

WEEKEND BOX OFFICEThe Dark Knight Rises just can’t be beaten, for the third weekend the movie tops the box office this week the movie took in $36.4 million for a total of $355 million domestically.  Total Recall may not of been able to knock the Dark Knight from the top spot but came very close only missing the number 1 slot by $10 million, making $26 million. Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days also opened this weekend and took third making $14.7 million. JUMANJI REMAKE Doug Belgrad and Sony Pictures are in the planning stages to remake Joe Johnston‘s 1995 Jumanji. In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Belgrad revealed some projects the studio is working on for the future.
