THE EXPENDABLES 3 PATRICK HUGHES – Sylvester Stallone has picked the next director in his Expendable franchise. At first he tired to get Mel Gibson to agree to direct The Expendables 3 but the Oscar winning director said no. Stallone then decided to hire a newcomer from Australia, Patrick Hughes, who made his feature directorial debut with 2010′s Red Hill.
