Mel Gibson Said No to Directing THE EXPENDABLES 3; Patrick Hughes will Direct Instead

THE EXPENDABLES 3 PATRICK HUGHES – Sylvester Stallone has picked the next director in his Expendable franchise. At first he tired to get Mel Gibson to agree to direct The Expendables 3 but the Oscar winning director said no. Stallone then decided to hire a newcomer from Australia, Patrick Hughes, who made his feature directorial debut with 2010′s Red Hill.  Stallone made the announcement on his Twitter account and said the new movie need “freshness, class, and much badass.” Continue Reading
