MEN IN BLACK III Knocks THE AVENGERS Off Box Office Top Spot

WEEKEND BOX OFFICE – It finally happened.  Men In Black III took the Number 1 spot from The Avengers. Men in Black III grossed $55 million over the weekend, beating The Avengers by $18 million which grossed $37 million.

The Avengers dominated the box office for the past 3 weeks, and all it took was Will Smith‘s return to the big screen and a little bit of nostalgia to knock them off the top spot.
