FOX Is Bringing the Laughter in Its New Fall Line-Up

FOX  FALL PREMIERE DATES TV- Fox released its line-up for the fall season with returning series as well as new ones. Five new original series will be added including: The Mob DoctorBen and KateThe Mindy Project, The Following, and The Goodwin Games

The Mob Doctor: The TV series follows the story of Chicago cardiothoracic surgeon Dr. Grace Devlin (Jordana SpiroMy Boys), who is indebted to Chicago’s Southside mob. Dr. Devlin must risk her medical license and freedom, as well as put aside society’s moral values as she works as a private doctor to the mob in order to repay her debt.

Ben and Kate: When single mother Kate Fox (Dakota JohnsonThe Social Network) gets help from her irresponsible, hot mess of a brother, Ben (Nat FaxonBad Teacher), Kate’s barely-stable life gets an extra dosage of chaos to help give it the extra push over the edge.

The Mindy Project:  Mindy Lahiri’s (Mindy KalingThe Office) personal life is looking pretty shabby. She’s determined to lose weight, be more punctual, read more books and finally get a boyfriend. Maybe getting drunk, making an incredibly inappropriate toast at her ex-boyfriend’s wedding, riding a bike while intoxicated, diving into a stranger’s pool, and getting arrested for disorderly conduct isn’t the best way to start.   The Mindy Project follows Mindy as she tries to maintain her career while searching for the right guy. Starring Mindy Kaling (creator), Bill Hader (Saturday Night Live), Ed Helms (The Hangover), Chris Messina (Devil) and Anna Camp (The Help).

The FollowingThe Following, from Kevin Williamson, revolves around an ex-FBI agent (Kevin Bacon) who leads the search to catch a diabolical serial killer (James Purefoy) who has created a cult of serial killers.

The Goodwin Games: From the executive producers of How I Met Your MotherThe Goodwin Games tells the story of Chloe (Becki NewtonUgly Betty), Jimmy (Jake LacyBetter With You) and Henry Goodwin (Scott FoleyGrey’s Anatomy) as they adhere to their recently deceased father’s last wishes in order to win their fortune.
