DJANGO UNCHAINED CAST - First Kevin Costner dropped out because of scheduling issues. Second to drop out was Joseph Gordon-Levitt so he could direct his first film. Now Kurt Russell, who replaced Costner, and Sacha Baron Cohen have both dropped out. Things aren’t looking good for Quentin Tarantino‘s western. Cohen revealed to Howard Stern that he could no longer take part in Django Unchained because he will be promoting The Dictator. There has been no official statement as to why Russell dropped out but it is rumored that he felt the movie wasn’t western enough.
