CHRISTINA APPLEGATE ANCHORMAN 2 - David Koechner let it slip that Christina Applegate might return to the Anchorman sequel, but today Applegate’s reps have confirmed it, Applegate will return as Veronica Corningstone in the Anchorman sequel, Anchorman: The Legend Continues. Applegate is now the fifth member of the original cast who has been confirmed to be returning. David Koechner also spoke about the story and where he would like to see the characters in the sequel.
