CHRISTIAN BALE AURORA VICTIMS – Bruce Wayne or at least the actor that plays him, Christian Bale, flew into Aurora, Colorado to meet the victims, doctors, and first responders of the movie theater shooting tragedy. The Oscar winning actor who plays Batman in The Dark Knight Rises and his wife, Sibi Blazic, stop at the Medical Center of Aurora on Tuesday afternoon where he took pictures and talked to seven patients injured in the mass shooting. Bale spent around 2½ hours at the hospital and asked that the media not be notified.
Warner Brothers Pictures let media know that Christian Bale came to Aurora on his own.
“Mr. Bale is there as himself, not representing Warner Brothers,” said an assistant for Susan Fleishman, executive vice president for Warner Brothers corporate communications.
