Ashton Kutcher Has Big Shoes to Fill in JOBS

ASHTON KUTCHER JOBS – Best known as the co-founder, chairman, and chief executive officer of Apple Inc. as well as co-founder and chief executive of Pixar Animation Studios, Steve Jobs brought the technology that has been the foundation to the world we live in. Here to fill in those big shoes on screen is actor Ashton Kutcher in the upcoming biopic, Jobs. Director Joshua Michael Stern (Swing Vote, Neverwas) is working with producer Mark Hulme to bring Matt Whiteley‘s original screenplay to life. The biopic will tell the powerful and true story of visionary Steve Jobs and how he became the icon we’ve grown to known him as today.

The Five Star Feature Film Production will star Ashton Kutcher as the iconic Steve Jobs, Ron Eldard as Apple designer Rod Holt, John Getz as Jobs’ father Paul Jobs, Lesley Ann Warren as Jobs’ adoptive mother Clara Jobs, and James Woods as Jobs’ former Dean of Students Jack Dudman. Also starring in the film are actors Josh Gad as Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, Lukas Haas as Apple engineer Daniel Kottke, Matthew Modine as former Apple CEO John Sculley, and Dermot Mulroney as investor and second Apple CEO Mike Markkula. The production  began principal photography in both Los Angeles and Los Altos in mid-June.

PLOT: The story of Steve Jobs’ ascension from college dropout into one of the most revered creative entrepreneurs of the 20th century.
